Svitlana è stata gentilissima, al nostro arriva ci ha spiegato con attenzione tutto e ci ha lasciato un piatto di pancake con una marmellata buonissima! L’alloggio facile da trovare, immerso nel silenzio e abbiamo anche visto l’aurora boreale. Grazie per tutto!

Thank you Poula for letting my family and I stay at your place. It was beautiful! The home is in a beautiful location. Very private and felt like it was all to ourselves. Great location in southern Iceland. Close to the grocery store. Great blackout shades so you can sleep in the winter. Hot tub was amazing and peaceful. Great views! Easy to get to. Would stay again. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Björgvin is a great host and his place was everything our group was looking for. Remote house, with a hot tub, grill and good vibes. The location and the view from the terrace is beautiful with only a few minutes drive to the nearest town. Björgvin was really friendly and offered his assistance if we needed anything which was a nice touch.

Fantastic farm and with beautiful surroundings. The host is available and helpful with all kinds of questions. The house is spacious, clean and with lots of room to use. Having the horses close by was a big positive, as well as being greeted by the dog every so often. Hope to visit again!

Marteinn welcomed us in his lovely house. It was clean and comfortable and there were lots of birds around the house. He was very quick in responding and we felt right at home. Thank you!

Vi var supernöjda med vår vistelse! Lägenheten var stor och snyggt inredd, alla bekvämligheter fanns. Värden svarade snabbt på frågor. Att få bada i utomhuspoolen var underbart! Utsikten mot Hekla och vackra hästar i förgrunden är svår att slå! Kommer vilja bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaks till Island.

We were fortunate to stay in Einar's lovely home and appreciated their flexibility with our last minute reservation (our previously booked accommodations fell through very unexpectedly and without notice, and we had to scramble for an alternative). This is clearly a beloved family retreat, not a generic corporate rental, and we really appreciated the abundance of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc., the well provisioned kitchen and cooking supplies, the ample space, and the artistic touches throughout. Everything was impeccably clean, and comfortably elegant. There is a full bathroom on the first floor, and a half bathroom on the second, which worked well for our group of four, and plenty of choices for comfortable bedrooms. The location is very convenient for all the highlights of the Golden Circle and much of the south coast, very easy to find. We appreciated the hot tub after a day of adventures.

The most beautiful stunning place we have stayed at! To have a river and waterfalls in the back of the house was magical! The house was perfect and we loved the decor! I can’t recommend Mehrejar stunning place enough! He was the best host! Will definitely stay there again! Linda

Incredible stay. From the cabins, you can see the mountains in the distance. They are very modern. We mistakenly took the cabin with the two twin beds (pushed together) but they were comfortable regardless. My son and his fiancée enjoyed the double. The pillows and mattress were great. The ability to go up to the sauna and geo thermal pools was amazing. We enjoyed using them and not going to a public one. Watching the sun set into twilight for the evening from the spa was fantastic. Plus we went every day instead of needing to drive somewhere. There is a cooktop and appropriate cookware. The refrigerator was nice to have since you should bring some food for your stay. We were only 20 minutes from the fancy Hotel Ranga which we also highly recommend. Horse lovers rejoice! They are right there and friendly. The pregnant mares across the way were having babies each night! We would definitely come again.

Clean and beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The place felt remote but was near enough to Selfoss to make grocery shopping and eating out very convenient. The house was immaculate, very well equipped, and exactly as described. We were able to watch the northern lights from the beautiful deck and we were able to interact with the sweet horses on our way to and from the property. Edda was very communicative and explained everything very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt komplett genossen. Ein tolles Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht, in einer ganz tollen Umgebung. Komplett idyllisch!

This was an absolutely amazing stay amid a beautiful horse farm, just a little off of the beaten path and still very easy to get to and close to many wonderful sites of interest. Kristján and his family were incredibly welcoming, the house was pristine and larger and even more comfortable than expected from the photos, with excellent heating and all of the amenities we could have wanted. It was a great place to stay with kids, and our hosts were incredibly generous about sharing their knowledge and love of animals with us and our children. I highly recommend it.

This place was amazing. Surrounded by nature and a lot of birds, which was really really nice. Maja was an excellent host, nice welcoming in person. The house is very well furnished to have a great time. I happily recommend Bjalli.

We ended up at Inga's after having to reconfigure our travel plans due to bad road conditions in North Iceland and were very happy with our decision to stay there. Everything matches the descriptions and pictures and Inga gave us very easy to follow directions in regard to finding the house and checking in.

Jon's place in Flúðir was a delightful surprise! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for exploring the stunning Icelandic countryside. The bathroom was a particular highlight, feeling more like a luxurious 5-star hotel than a vacation rental. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, making our stay truly hassle-free. Jon was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A unique and peaceful experience with mountain views and Icelandic horses and sheep in back field. Convenient location for seeing the sights on the way to Vik.

We visited in Feb 2025. The house was clean and suited 3 adults well. We enjoyed the resident horses, cat, and dogs. The deck was great for aurora viewing. The house was a little over 20 minutes from Selfoss where we enjoyed meals at the Old Dairy Food Hall (numerous restaurants in one building, reasonable prices), and Byrja (a newer place with great breakfast, lunch, and coffee beverages). Great home base for visiting Golden Circle attractions and Reykjavik.
