House vacation rentals in Randwick City Council

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

Ben’s home is amazing! The house was cute and very clean. Beautifully decorated. It had lots of space if you are traveling with a decent amount of people. The view is INCREDIBLE. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The pool was incredible. Ben was a great host and very responsive. Would 100% stay again.

We had a family of 9 stay comfortably at Jennys.. we had the best time and the house was amazing, very spacious inside and outside, veranda and pool area was fantastic, we could have stayed longer! We will most definitely use this house again and will highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation in Sydney.

Amazing location with minutes walk to Coogee Beach and fantastic coffee shops and restaurants.

Our group absolutely loved everything about this accommodation and its location. We all said we'd stay again, whether it was together or for other groups events. Alison was so helpful throughout the whole stay and has a lovely place.

Beatrice's place is amazing, very well designed, very homely and extremely well maintained. It has everything that we need, top quality. Golf, beach, trail,ball nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely become our home away from home in Sydney. Thank you Beatrice.

We had a great stay. House had everything we needed and was a good size. The 2nd living room was ideal for the kids. Close to shops/cafes and public transport. Also had a valuable off street car park. Would stay again

Arthur and Pam have a beautiful home in an amazing location. It’s big enough for 4 people and although there is only 1 bathroom there is an additional toilet in the laundry. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of living space as well as a private sunny back courtyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Bin was an awesome host. Great communication and her house was fabulous. We loved that it had basic staples like butter and Vegemite and there was laundry liquid to wash. 4 good size bedrooms too. Only one pair needed to share a bathroom. Great place and we will be back. Highly recommend

My friends and I had a lovely weekend at Fletchers. The kitchen was spectacular and stocked with all the essentials which made cooking and dining really seamless the whole weekend. We loved the split level with bedrooms downstairs this made entertaining upstairs really spacious. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Thank you for our stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

Great stay for a large family group, close to the beach and shops the transport was easy to navigate especially the light rail to Kingsford and bus interchange worked well. Great location

Had an amazing stay at Helen’s place! The house was spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring, and enough space for 4 people. It’s in such a convenient spot - easy access to both Bronte and Clovelly beaches, plus reasonably close to the city sights. Helen was an awesome host, really proactive with communication and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Zetland, Sydney! The home was spacious, with spotless bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The living areas were perfect for relaxing and hanging out. I only wish my work trip was longer so I could’ve spent more time enjoying the space! Highly recommend!

My family and I (four people in all) had a really lovely stay at Annie's Bronte place over Christmas and New Year's 2024/25. The house is located an easy walk to three beaches: Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee. There's a handy strip of shops and cafes a few blocks away, and the beautiful Waverley cemetery is very close by (worth wandering through it for the history). We would definitely stay again. The area is fantastic.

Our stay in Kingsford was wonderful! The house was in a great location—quiet and residential, yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transport options. It was also conveniently located near UNSW and a short drive to some of Sydney’s best beaches. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for our trip. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
