3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

Lots of space for a large family in a quiet residential area. We loved being able to relax all together in the great area of the kitchen/dining/living room and having the bbq right outside the kitchen made it easy to grill and socialize. Loved the single trundle beds in the kid room. May take a bit of watching/prep for families with toddlers or infants, as the home has beautiful modern decor like bare wood stairs, art pieces, glass tables, an upstairs glass balcony wall, and white linens/floor-to-ceiling blinds/cloth dining room seats. A favorite with the kids was the trampoline in the backyard! Parking was ample on the street in addition to the spot in the driveway. Host was very patient, accommodating, and flexible with our changing number of guests when we were planning our stay - a pleasure to work with.

Super cute house with a ton of room for all the guests. The outdoor living space was a fantastic space to hang out. Super cute neighborhood; lots of shops nearby and within a 5 minute walk from multiple bus stops. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place so much! Gorgeous home right near the beach. Such a lovely home with so many nice treats in the bathroom and kitchen. A very comfortable stay. We will def be back!!!!

Our son and his two friends stayed at Kourosh's during their study abroad program. The location was absolutely perfect for them. Kourosh and his family were great during their stay - helpful, but not intrusive at all. Kourosh is a really kind and attentive person which made us feel better since our son was studying so far away from home. The house has a cute patio set-up which felt homey and comfortable. They had everything that they needed and had an amazing semester in Bondi - a total dream for the guys! Thank you, Kourosh, for such a memorable semester abroad!

Lovely apartment in a quiet area. Beaches, restaurants and shops are a 10 min walk away Nina was always at hand if we had any questions and we would see definitely stay here again

Lovely, spacious apartment on 5th floor of a block of apartments. We were there for 2 weeks in October 2024. Clean lift was always in good order. Swimming pool available, but we didn’t use it. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and utility room. Balcony with bbq. All as described. Easy to get to CBD and local beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

Our group absolutely loved everything about this accommodation and its location. We all said we'd stay again, whether it was together or for other groups events. Alison was so helpful throughout the whole stay and has a lovely place.

Penny was a great and friendly host who responded to my questions promptly. Penny was also accommodating and added my check out time. In all it was a lovely place that was close to the CBD and the Beaches which were our main interest. I would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is a clothes dryer. I n winter clothes hardly dry. Dryers are usually common in most Airbnb settings so maybe the owner should look into this.

Thanks Timothy for hosting us over Easter. We appreciated the great communication via Jon and easy check-in instructions. The home is in a great location and we loved the special homely touch of providing board games and binnoculars to watch the surf and boats cruise by. Thanks again!

Meidy’s place was perfect for our stay in Bondi. It looked exactly as pictured , was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a real homely feel. The kitchen was well stocked, with lots of useful items: we particularly liked the glass fridge bottles for cool water, the freshly ground coffee left for our arrival ( lovely touch), actual sharp knives ( for once) to prepare food! The apartment is right next to the bus stop for accessing Bondi Beach , in under 10 mins, or walk in about 20 mins. We particularly liked being so close to the wonderful shops: bakeries, delis, supermarkets cafes and restaurants. It’s great to watch the buzz of Bondi in the open area at the front, however, there is a small balcony at the back for chilled moments. Meidy and Thiago were excellent hosts and super responsive: we had a minor issue when we arrived, and Thiago came straight away, which was helpful and very reassuring. This property was perfect for our family of four, and we highly recommend.

Excellent location. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Rami was very responsive and very accommodating with checkin and checkout. Apartment was very comfortable and had a nice feel. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for an authentic Sydney experience. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach and local cafe. It was nice to have our own outdoor space to enjoy the morning sun and the interior was bright and clean. We appreciated having phone contact with Jon who was very helpful with arrival advice. Overall an excellent choice and a real gem.

Jenni is truly a fantastic host who fully deserves her Superhost status. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The apartment itself is spacious for a two-bedroom, very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can really see the care and attention Jenni puts into every detail to make her guests feel at home. The included parking space was a great bonus, and the location is very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and shops all within a 5–10 minute drive. I would happily recommend Jenni’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and worry-free stay.

Ideal location close to Bronte Beach, walkable to Bondi Beach and local cafe for espresso. Bondi road with groceries walkable. Check in seamless. Apartment much bigger than photos with lounge and cute balcony. As expected for such a sort after area during busy period, parking is a challenge especially loading and unloading car on arrival and departure but choice of beaches easily compensates. Would definitely return if available again.

This place is private, homey and in a great location. As the others review have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit small but more than sufficient in my opinion. The photos and descriptions are very accurate. The kitchen and house in general is equipped with a lot of amenities that will make your stay very comfortable. Furthermore, Miles is an excellent host - proactive and quick to respond therefore I highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Sydney.

A wonderful aesthetic and charming townhouse. It has the appeal of walking to coffee shops and local grocery store along with breath taking views just around the corner. The townhouse itself is exceptionally generous in space making it an absolute delight!
