Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.

Vineyard Retreat in North San Diego County

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person newly renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. Enjoy a walk in the vineyard with a hot cup of coffee. Short drive (<10 mile) to beaches and shopping.

Agave Cottage

This charming little cottage has lots of natural light and garden views in the front pathway and backyard. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
