Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Guest house in our lush garden with nature on the doorstep, at Fyledalen Nature Reserve on the border with Österlen. 2 km to Tosselilla summerland, 7 km to the swimming lake, 18 kilometers to Ystad and the sea. Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. Suitable for 2 but with extra bed(s) 3-4 can stay here if you don't mind it being a bit cramped. Bed linen, shampoo, towels and final cleaning can be obtained for a fee. Child-friendly Welcome! Britt, Thomas and Zorro (our black cat).

If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.
