We were at Rolfs' place over New Year's with two families with toddler and baby. Everything worked smoothly, communication and stay were totally uncomplicated and equipment for the children was also available (high chairs and travel bed). With the sauna and the spacious kitchen you had everything you need for a cozy family vacation. Glad to come back :)
