Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Private suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry with key code through the garage. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport. Full service grocery store is 2 min away providing pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks!! The place was great! It was really nice having my own private basement area and it felt very homey. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice having my own refrigerator/freezer combo and the fireplace was a nice touch which would’ve been useful in the winter time. Check-in was very easy, and check-out required very little on my part. Bobby was quick to respond to any questions and was even proactive about getting information out without me having to ask.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect house for our family of 4. We had a toddler and infant with us. Emily had everything we needed for little kids. Baby monitor, baby gate, toys, books. The outdoor patio was the best part! We could have sat out there all day. It was so relaxing. Easy drive to zoo and other popular destinations.

This house is small but perfect for a small family. We had our own space, a big kitchen to cook in, a living room to relax in and our own bedrooms to chill in! The house smells clean every time you walk in and you can SEE and feel the clean. The house has so many extra amenities. A/C, bathroom supplies, coffee maker with coffee! How lucky was that?! Lisa deserves all 5 stars for this house. The driveway is on an incline and is across the road from a pretty big church. The area is beautiful with a green backyard. Grocery store within a couple miles from house. Would definitely stay again.
