Apartment vacation rentals in Raleigh

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

Place was darling and super clean. So clean in fact that I didn't even feel comfortable walking on the carpet because I didn't want to mess it up. Host took extra effort to think of so many thoughtful cute details. It was beyond a pleasure staying there. I may or may not have felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.. Super cute area/neighborhand close to pretty much anything /everything that you may need. Would totally stay there again and may.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

This Airbnb was a great place to stay in. Temperature control was great, everything was clean, and it was very spacious. We loved that everything was in about 10 minute driving distances. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but I didn’t buy the bed, so I dealt with it. The hosts were very kind! They asked if we were coming in later in the evening so they could leave the lights on for us. They even left us some coffee to make in the morning. 10/10 would recommend.

The Urban Owl’s Roost was absolutely gorgeous. It was far more spacious than we anticipated, with an airy and homey feel. The natural lighting through the windows upon walking in was beautiful, and every window facing anything but trees was well equipped with easy to use blinds. Each bed was very well made and clean, and each and every dish was spotless. The home had an array of readily laid out conveniences that were very appreciated, and added to the comforting environment. Even the shower and sinks had amazing water pressure. The entire home was a dream, with everything given a personal touch, and the hosts were very accommodating. If we ever have need for an airbnb again, I hope to find myself in this one. As two women traveling, I doubt we could have possibly felt safer anywhere else.

Cute apartment. Loved the renovated industrial style. Great location walkable to lots of restaurants. One pool was closed, but the other pool was fabulous.

Such a fun place to stay while visiting daughter at NCState. Loved the walkability and proximity to everything. The decor was nice with lots of thoughtful touches. Very clean space. We’re staying again in the fall. Only thing to know is that you can hear footsteps of the family above you and air/humidifiers come on periodically so not super quiet at times. Felt safe.

I really enjoyed staying at their place, super great area, very comfortable, private and close to so many different places and things to do. It is also close enough to the highway which was a plus for me since I had to go to the base in Goldsboro for work. Another HUGE plus, there is a delicious restaurant called Luna Pizza Cafe right at the corner of the apartment complex, so if you are hungry or just want a drink only need to walk a couple of steps and enjoy a delicious meal. I also appreciate their hospitality and their responsiveness even at 7AM. Thank you! Highly recommended, would book it again if I am back in the area.

Great stay

I had a nice stay in the Floral Room. It is quiet and private.

Erin's place was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The place included extra amenities with white noise machine in bedrooms, games for the kid, and extra towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all items needed for short stay and for cooking. Erin was very friendly, responsive, and proactive in instructions. Overall, the place feels peaceful and secluded.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, quiet, and in a great location—everything needed was within walking distance. The host was responsive and made the experience seamless. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or a convenient stay in the area. Would definitely book again!

Loved our stay here!! Great neighborhood and looked just like the pictures!! Parking was great! Loved that they had extra touches like plenty of towels and toiletries in case you forgot anything and loved the snacks so thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again!

Daniel was a kind and responsive host. Whenever I needed anything, it was taken care of quickly, even two trips to a store to get extra kitchen equipment I requested! The place is small as the photos show but good for one person - and there is a lot of thoughtful intentions put into this studio. There is storage space under the bed and in upper cabinets and on the kitchen island. The bathroom is beautifully done with tile and modern furnishings. The backyard and its pergola were wonderful outdoor settings to hang out - and a good place to gather with other friendly AirBnB guests (there are 4 other AirBnB's on the property, a total of 5.) Parking and directions are clear and keyless pad entry was a breeze. For pets and kids, the backyard is an interesting place to explore with lots of fun decorations and plants. I'd recommend this place for one person who wants some privacy and a place of their own to enjoy this part of Raleigh.

It was one of the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed. The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was really clean and everything was so comfortable. The pool area, the gym and the sky deck are absolutely beautiful, and we were able to use them, which was really nice. The place where is located is very beautiful and it was very close to all the places we needed to be. It felt very safe to be there. Grace was very friendly and responded really quickly to all of my questions, which I really appreciate. I would 100% recommend to stay there if you are in Raleigh.

Perfect location. Close enough to walk but far enough that there was no noise issues. It was about 3-4 blocks to a lot of bars and restaurants. It was the "college" area so there was a lot of young adults on the streets at night but we were able to find spots that fit our crowd. We just used the space to sleep and get ready and it fit our needs perfectly. Lauren was responsive and a helpful host. We would stay here again.

This place was amazing and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The only downside was the limited free parking, which was hard to find. There was a large, empty parking lot next to the building, and I didn’t understand why guests weren’t allowed to park there. There was also a big parking garage inside the building, but I don’t think it was free. I’ve never stayed at a place where you had to pay for the room and still pay for parking in the garage.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is located right in the heart of Raleigh, which made it super convenient to explore the city. Everything was very clean, tidy, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable the bed was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raleigh!

We had a great stay at the perch. It was clean, beautiful views, walkable to downtown restaurants/events. There is a great coffee machine but also two coffee shops directly beside the condo, which was nice. It is comfortable and quiet, well equipped for cooking, covered all amenities. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.
