The house is located on an island without a land connection, a boat for crossing is included in the rental price (metal boat with easy-to-handle electric motor and oars). Boat dock and parking space are located at Aspvik's jetty, about 300 meters by water from the house.

Well suited for gatherings, corporate events, or friends hanging out :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking; there is no difference in price whether they stay overnight or not. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
