Nice apartment for single or couple. Nice and clean everything went perfectly!

We had a great stay! The location was really great - lots of restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks near by. While there were people out and about it felt very safe and was pretty calm and quiet considering how many shops were around. Check in was easy with thorough instructions and the apartment was clean. Parking garage access was a huge plus. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

It’s the perfect place to stay in the best part of Austin! Close to restaurants, bars, live music. I would highly recommend!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had a great time here, the area was peaceful and the on-site parking was specially useful as a car is a must in Austin. Tobin is responsive and was able to fix any issues quickly, as well as giving useful recommendations.

The coziest little spot. Balcony has a beautiful view of downtown Austin, AC works great, beds are comfy, kitchen was so functional, shower got hot hot (which I loved). There were many mirrors which is essential for getting ready for a girls night like we were! Super clear instructions on how to get into air bnb which was soo helpful. There is also enough room in the parking spot for two cars which was perfect for us! 10/10 will be booking again in future trips to Austin!!

Unless you just want to stay right in the middle of downtown Austin, this is the perfect spot. Close to downtown but a bit of a walk. We took an Uber from downtown and it was only $8. When we go back to Austin we will stay here again for sure. :0)

Excellent space. Spacious and beautiful. Great design. Crystal was accurate and clear in all communication. . They had everything we needed and more. So many appliances we would have loved to use if we had more time. Easy to access and near so many great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood even though it's in the popular East side. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Mike’s place was incredibly comfortable for our week in Austin. Ally, the co-host, was super responsive and made check-in seamless and flexible. The home is in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood—perfect for relaxing but still close to everything. The amenities were spot-on (loved the coffee grinder!). All around, a fantastic stay. Would absolutely rent again.

This two bedroom, two bathroom home was great for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. The master bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful after a long day of walking around town.

If you’re looking for a true home away from home, this is it. From a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, cozy bedrooms, to a nice backyard with patio space, and secure garage for your car. We stayed with our son and two dogs in-tow for a week’s stay and we all settled in right away. We loved that the location was close to everything. Great space to be able to work out of as well with great internet speed. The thoughtful welcome touches were awesome (drinks in the fridge, some snacks on the table, coffee beans). Excellent home - would definitely stay again if we come back to Austin with the fam + dogs.

A perfect space. In a walkable area and also very peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. It felt like home right away. Highly recommend!

Top notch! Super clean, spacious, well situated apartment. Great coffee shop downstairs. Literally yards from all the fun. BUT quiet and relaxed. Cool gym. Comfy bed. Lovely view of the city from the bed.

This unit is great, but the hidden attraction for me was how close the building is to the river walk that takes you all the way past downtown Austin. Great building, helpful staff. An ideal spot from which to check out Austin and chill in your downtime.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Austin celebrating my husband's 70th BDay with our two daughters. The experience was made even more special thanks to our fabulous hosts, Maelia & Liya. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had-always ready with helpful recommendations for local events and dining. The suite itself was perfect for our family—2 bdrms, 2 baths, & a fully equipped kitchen with every amenity you could think of. From cooking spices and spray to honey for tea, pool towels, plastic glasses, and even a picnic basket for enjoying the pool area—it felt like everything had been thoughtfully considered. Speaking of the pool—it was absolutely fabulous! Plenty of reclining chairs made it easy to relax in the sun, & the view from the pool area was simply amazing. The location was also ideal, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby and just a pleasant 30-minute walk across the bridge to reach a variety of shopping options. We will definitely return

The location was perfect close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the coffee and snacks. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Very nice space in a nice building with great location. Check in was super easy. Stay was great only thing was the wifi password was incorrect and I had to tell the host 4 times cuz they just didn’t believe it wasn’t the right password. So that was frustrating, but I eventually got the right password. I’d definitely recommend staying here tho.
