Excellent space. Spacious and beautiful. Great design. Crystal was accurate and clear in all communication. . They had everything we needed and more. So many appliances we would have loved to use if we had more time. Easy to access and near so many great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood even though it's in the popular East side. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

One of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at! The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It was quiet and comfortable with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. This will be our go-to stay for our next Austin trip!

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

We had a great stay at this home and really appreciated how communicative the host was-always quick to respond to any questions. The home felt very “lived in,” which we actually appreciated for a kid-friendly stay. The photos were accurate overall, though the exterior was more overgrown than expected and the trampoline looked a bit “play at your own risk.” That said, our kids had an amazing time with the seemingly endless toys, and it was a huge relief not having to bring bulky items like a stroller or a Pack ‘n Play, since they’re here. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept us cool during a hot Austin weekend, and having a good washer/dryer made life easier. The location is definitely a strong point—easy access to some great local spots, including Launderette and Bufalina, both of which we’d highly recommend. Check-out was simple. Our only real suggestion would be a deeper cleaning refresh to match the overall comfort and utility. This place is equipped for families!

PERFECT PLACE In ATX We absolutely loved this place. Arielle was friendly, informative and proactive!! She went above and beyond with welcome snacks and drinks. We have high standards for mattresses and Arielle’s were one of the best I have encounters at an AirBnB. Slept like I was on a cloud. Even though it is in the city, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the places you want to be. Definitely will stay again when back in ATX💗

A perfect space. In a walkable area and also very peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. It felt like home right away. Highly recommend!

Really good experience, will be back. The house was really comfortable, and well stocked with all the amenities. The location is great too. My only side suggestion is if a small amount of money could be invested on the exterior…the exterior does not match the brilliant interior.

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

I had a great stay. Very comfortable home in a perfect East side location, close to many things and very walkable. The kitchen had an ample amount of cookware and the mattress was very comfortable! Great hosts and very responsive and helpful!

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

Very great location! Nice and quiet, and in a great neighrbood, I had my family stay here while visiting Austin and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

This place was amazing! I love this place!! It’s your sanctuary right next to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. I now have a favorite place when I come to Austin. Mike and Shannon were very responsive in communicating and very clear on check in and check out instructions. I will be recommending this place to friends and family!! This was truly a quality Airbnb experience - and I travel often. The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of downtown Austin, with everything from live music to world-class food literally steps away. But what really made this stay special was the space itself. The photos didn’t do it justice. The amenities were actually better than described sleek, modern finishes, incredibly comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches throughout. And the perch overlooking all the action? Absolutely stunning. Whether it was sunrise coffee or late-night people-watching, it gave the entire stay that elevated, “you’re in the middle of it” magic. Check-in, surprisingly, was a breeze—everything worked as expected and getting into the unit was smooth. That said, I want to gently offer one piece of feedback: the instructions sent in advance were so detailed and intense that they honestly made me a bit anxious. It felt like I was preparing for a covert mission rather than a relaxing stay.

Amber’s place was perfect and exactly what we needed for our 2-night stay. Right next to Barton Springs and close to Downtown and South Congress Ave. Everything was perfect and we had even more than we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including teas, coffee, etc. The one thing I would note is that the shower’s water pressure is quite low. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely stay here again.

It really did feel like a tree house. Super private balcony right in the middle of Austin. Well furnished and home-like. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway in this little condo. 5 minutes from downtown and walkable to all the UT Campus has to offer.

I enjoyed my stay at the Austin Affinity location. The room was clean, nice, relaxing with a beautiful view of the water/river and the city.

Every unit that Jason managers is beautiful and well maintained....I've stayed in at least 4 separate units and they are all wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

Excellent accommodations for a single traveler or couple. Right off I35 near downtown Austin and a short walk to Rainey St and a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Easy access and check-in. The condo was clean and in a safe location. There is a small grocery store just around the block. The rooftop pool is an excellent bonus giving fantastic views of downtown Austin and South Congress St. Plenty of Ubers if you don't want to drive, but if your activities are in and around downtown, you can walk everywhere. Hiking trails around Lady Bird Lake are 5 minutes away. Nightlife on Rainey St. is lively and fun with excellent cocktail bars and interesting food choices. Austin is a great city to visit and this condo is perfectly situated, especially for the price. Outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again.
