The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
