Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Newly renovated 2-room apartment with lake view from the balcony in a beautiful location on the Mettnau. Radolfzell city center and the train station are within walking distance. There is also tourist information. Lake Constance invites you to linger and swim 50 meters away. The self-contained apartment is located on the 1st floor of a town villa and was newly renovated in 2020.

We are happy to welcome you to our newly designed apartment in a quiet residential area in Böhringen. This district of Radolfzell offers you all the shops serving everyday needs. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the city center and Lake Constance. The city bus stop (free) is 100 m away. The train station is a 5-minute drive away, so you can explore the beautiful places on the lake.

Our 3-room apartment with 71 m² is only a 10-minute walk from Radolfzell train station and the picturesque old town. The supermarket with butcher and bakery is a 2-minute walk. Parking spaces are available at the house. Storage for bicycles is also available. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. An additional extra bed offers a fifth person a sleeping option.

Our accommodation is located in a quiet part of the village and is ideal for nature lovers, hikers and culture lovers. A beautiful natural bathing lake in the village invites you to swim. The nearest bus stop is 30m away and Lake Constance is about 5 km away.
