This is an apartment that is located in the center of the town of Orikum.. 500 meters from the Adriatic Sea is 15 kW from the Ionian sea. The accommodation is 20 minutes by car from the city of Vlora . The apartment is done with great care almost in the corner. We used a modern sille and yes, as we are at sea, we have put marine decorations.

An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was spotless, exactly as described—if not better. The location was perfect: peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the super comfortable bed and fresh linen. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. We had a great time in Nilbert's apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful apartment and also the building that is clearly new with a nice elevator. You have several restaurants shops and beaches nearby all by foot, we would not have needed the car these days. Nilbert is very kind and very quick to respond. An accident had happened and they were very understanding and thoughtful. I definitely recommend their apartment, we will definitely rent there again in the future. Nilbert thanks for everything

The place was great. We felt very comfortable here. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Everyone was very nice and helpful. From here you can start excursions or drive to the beach, which is only 5 minutes away by car. It is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Orikrum. There are many restaurants and small shops with groceries. You get everything you need for everyday needs here. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time.

Charming apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great place if you want to get away from busy Vlore. The apartment has everything you need and next door is a mini market that provides all essentials as well as some food, drinks, and fresh fruit. The beach is right in front of the building which is amazing. The location itself doesn't have a huge offer, some beaches and a couple of restaurants in walkable distance. You can get there by bus and the next larger village by the sea (Orikum) is a 45 min walk away. But you would probably get more out of your stay if you have a car. They're building more hotels in the area so I'm expecting the location to become more busy in the next years. But for now, especially later in the season, it's nice and quiet.

This place was amazing! The view was absolutely perfect — we spent so much time just soaking it in. It was also really easy to find, with clear directions and easy access. One of the highlights was the BBQ area — it was well set up and made for a great evening of grilling and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a beautiful view!
