I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Yurt dwelling is indescribably peaceful. Our property is 150 acres, off an end-state maintenance road, though just a 20 minute drive off interstate 81 or to the quaint town of Floyd, or the VT area. This 24' yurt is beautifully modern with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/ shower, TV and (high speed) wi-fi, and comfortable sleeping and hangout spaces- surrounded by acres of streams, trails and natural beauty. You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A great place to stay for work or play! High speed internet to get things done and a comfortable place to have some fun. Located in the heart of the New River Valley and right next to Radford University's campus. You will be a short walk to everything RU has to offer, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and the local theater. You will also be a short drive from Radford's parks and trails, local wineries and breweries, tubing and golf, and only 20 minutes to Virginia Tech.

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.
