The holiday home "Sunset" is a self-contained property on two floors, with its own garden and parking space. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a room with a jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
