July 4 Special cute, clean, close to everything!

Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. Close by are many trails, waterfalls, rivers and lakes! Ask about my other two bedroom cottage (The Cozy Rose) also minutes to downtown Clayton.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Beautiful property! It was so peaceful sitting on the covered porch listening to the creek and the critters. The property is private and spacious. The house was very clean and smelled good too. The shower heads are a bit low for taller folks but otherwise, fabulous!

A spacious living area is framed by tall windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the wooden walls and floors. An inviting sectional sofa is positioned beside a rustic coffee table. A long dining table, made of light-colored wood, enhances the cabin's open and airy atmosphere.

The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. John was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. The views off the decks were beautiful, and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub after our day of rafting. It definitely took the chill off. I highly recommend his cabin and would surely come back. As far as suggestions for improvement, I think the trash bin lids could be secured better because we had a critter knock one over on our last day.

This was such an absolutely lovely stay! It was private yet 5 minutes from downtown with so much to do! As well as about 20 minutes from Tallulah! It was the perfect size for two people and our dog!! Ginger even sat out bowls ready to go for him! Stunning view, peaceful and a great price. 10/10 recommend! Thank you, Ginger!!

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. While I did not stay myself, I booked this room for my parents. They absolutely loved it!! They enjoyed their interaction with the host, and getting to feed the goats. Sherri was very friendly and easy to communicate with. When in the area again, this will be a place for them to go back to. :)
