This house is approx 300 years old, where old meets new, having traditional floor tiles, stone staircase and wooden beams. It is situated in the lovely village of Rabat only 2mins walk from the old capital city of Mdina, the Roman Villa, Howard Gardens and many other historical places. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

MALATINA

Hello. This is Malatina. Malatina is a small house situated in a quiet residential area of Rabat. It is small(ish) but full of character. This place was run down for 13 years and was renovated by my father and myself respecting most of the old elements present in the existing house. This includes old tiles, all internal walls and other items.. Malatina was the actual name of an old lady that lived there for most of her life. Wish she would see it this way :).

This comfortable and homely one bedroom apartment resides in the old silent city of Malta. Mdina is a fortified medieval town located on a large hill in the center of the island. The apartment is from the 12th century but has been refurbished has all the commodities small and cozy in the center of the silent city full of history and architecture.
