The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
