It is located in a privileged and quiet sector, 10 minutes (300 meters approx.) walking to the beach and craft fairs, and 3 minutes by car from Tottus, Lider, Jumbo, pharmacies, etc. It has all the amenities; cable TV, grill, large parking with electric gate, very safe.
