We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so happy to find Joy’s unit in SM Grass tower 2, though short notice Joy was able to accommodate me swiftly and got everything covered for our overnight stay. The unit was clean and fresh! We got everything we need as family of 5 and Joy was so kind to help me with my son’s favorite pillow that we left in the unit. She was able to arrange for us to get it back rightaway. This was such a beautiful room - one of the prettiest I've booked here in Airbnb. It has everything we need and most of all - the most budget-friendly rate in the area as well. The host and her assistant had been very helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this!

Booked this place for a staycation and the place had all the amenities as listed! Located in a very convienent place with a convenience store, food shops, and coffee shop right across the street and SM North Edsa close by. I loved the feel of the place, the shower, the decor. I would definitely book again!

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Kristine Joy’s place was so comfortable rejuvenating and nourishing for me. So so cozy especially with the rain now. She even provides a water dispenser which is sadly rare in Airbnb’s of this price range. I miss it already and wish to go back soon.

Once I was able to get a hold of my wifi, check in was easy and all directions and information was useful. The bed was comfy enough and I loved the balcony view--even though it was rainy for about half my stay. It was a bit farther from the airport than I initially thought, but still reasonable and I enjoyed having easy access to a spa and massage the night I arrived. Overall, a good stay!

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

My family was very impressed by this Airbnb. They felt at home from the unit itself to the amenities. The overall condo was also very great, good view and lots of activities we can do (Swimming in pool, chilling out in the rooftop). The hallways were spacious, feels really relaxing. Everything was just perfect. My siblings are teenagers and they said that it was just great for them and more. They didn't expect to have an amazing accommodation like this. Another good thing is that it is near the LRT, so going to Manila was easier and convenient as we had a lot of activities in Manila (the city). Overall, highly recommended and will be back. We’ve had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! The apartment is cozy, comfortable and very modern. It’s located so ideally & very close to amazing restaurants & shops. The hosts were too good, very responsive, gave great recommendations about the area & just overall very inviting and helpful. I highly recommend anyone heading to Manila or in general to Philippines to stop by here! 😁😍
