La Cabane Océane, an architect-designed villa with a neat decor, welcomes you comfortably with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cellar. The villa is bright with its spacious living room opening onto a pleasant natural and quiet garden with its heated pool (8x4). A bike path in front of the house takes you to the beaches. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi.
