Forests, lakes, vineyards, estuary and coastline constitute an exceptional environmental heritage in the heart of which is located our house, former wine property of the eighteenth century, typically Medocain and recently renovated. The landscaped park offers you the space and the calm conducive to rest but also multiple leisure activities (Tennis, swimming pool, spa, petanque, table tennis, football, basketball...) Many walks or bike rides are possible from the Pargaux.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
