Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal location to discover the area. No complaints. The only small downside that raises questions: the outdoor camera that seems to be active and follows us when we are outside.

We spent a few days with our three-year-old daughter in this little haven of peace and it did us the greatest good. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and the beautiful setting with the heated pool! Our daughter had a lot of fun in the water and on the trampoline. We were able to visit Dinard and Saint-Malo. The little port of Evran is really lovely. We think we'll be back here!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

Our second stay at Catherine's perfect little place! Everything you need in a beautiful location, short drive to beaches, shops, interesting towns & villages. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, great shower. Catherine is such a charming, friendly host. Highly recommended!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, nothing to say, the garden is beautiful, very well maintained, a large terrace, the house is spacious for a family, I recommend this rental, frankly, it's great. 👍👍👍

We loved the space, the location, and the environs of the place. Magali was especially communicative, and even left us a few treats to enjoy. A cosy and comfortable stay. His attention to detail was exceptional.

We were very pleased with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village at the top (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (neither electric, nor new, nor in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

We had a great time in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped cottage. The buildings have been tastefully renovated, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The whole place has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the Rance Valley and its surroundings: Dinan, Saint-Malo, the coast… everything is within easy reach. A address we recommend without hesitating!

A very pleasant stay in a house where you can quickly feel good. Cosy is the right term. Outdoor environment and amenities conducive to tranquility and when in addition, the weather is part of it, what more could you ask for? Dolly is an amazing apartment, with everything you may need for a trip away. The heated pool was a bonus as the weather wasn’t that nice but it didn’t stop the fun as it was warm enough to have a dip. King sized beds were extremely comfortable (we usually struggle to sleep elsewhere but didn’t have an issue here), and they had a cot set up for our baby, as well as access to a highchair and even bottle sterilising equipment. House was immaculate and I’m a lovely, quiet town, close to places we could explore. The hosts were responsive and helpful, we had a little issue with the pool lid but this was sorted quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay, we plan on returning in the not too distant future x

The accommodation is tastefully decorated, everything is clean and well maintained. It feels like home. Nathalie is smiling, pleasant and very available, which makes the experience even more welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.

Stay too short because we were in the area for a wedding. We were delighted to stay at Yannick's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and ultra clean, as shown in the photos. We didn't lack anything when we arrived, everything is very well-equipped. Yannick was an exceptional host and even drove us so that we could return from the party with peace of mind, like Cinderella's carriage! We will come back without hesitation and I hope for longer to enjoy the terrace and the beautiful garden a little more. Thank you for everything Caroline Damien Baptiste and Lou

We've stayed in the port before and this location is great. It's peaceful and a lovely sun trap with the rear garden. Would definitely recommend it to families or a group of friends. It's also great for walking up the hill into town, in spite of the hike 😁
