Nice house in farmhouse of approximately 55 m2. It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.

Quiet countryside, close to all amenities and must-see sites in northern Brittany. The Coëtquen gîte is perfect for families and comfortably accommodates 6 people.
