What an amazing place! Looks exactly like the photos - we all absolutely loved it. We’ll be back! It’s a 30 min walk into town or a 4euro taxi.

Me and some family members were lucky to find this villa for my sisters wedding. The check in was very easy as a key was left in a lockbox upon our arrival. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has an amazing view of the sunset at night from the garden. The pool was perfect temperature and the garden has the sun from morning till night. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a stones throw away from the town centre but just far enough out to enjoy the beautiful view and peace. Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Jean and Madeline's place is listed as a villa but that's not really accurate . It is a palace . Probably the nicest home in who h we have stayed . Better than the pix . If you are visiting Algarve - this is the place to stay . It is amazing .

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious villa. The property was just as described, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. The stunning views and private heated pool were definite highlights! A special thanks to **Silvia and Mickey**, who were outstanding agents—always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable. A few minor suggestions for improvement: - The pillows and linens could use refreshing for added comfort. - Additional hand towels would have been useful. - The sofa bed in the studio is better suited for shorter guests. The location was excellent, with a lovely restaurant within walking distance. A car is essential for groceries and exploring the area, but the convenience and scenery made it worthwhile. With just a few small updates, this villa would be absolutely flawless. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful house, with lots of space for outdoors activities, close to Loule where there are there is lots of wonderful restaurants and culture. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The garden and the pool are beautifully situated around the house - and the garden was all in bloom when we were there (April). A lovely communal area as well as very lovely rooms. The master bedroom in particular is stunning, with a gorgeous balcony. Floyd was incredibly helpful, especially in making sure we knew how to get there as it can be a bit hard to find at first. We had an amazing time staying at Leaf Mountain - thanks so much!

We have just arrived home from our stay. The villa is perfect for family's and friends, there's a ping pong table, large pool and trampoline. The beds are comfortable and the whole villa was very clean and decorated well. The Vila is quite secluded which worked well for us, it's very private. Uber eats can deliver food shops and takeaways so it was really easy to get some food into the villa We have really enjoyed our stay Loulé is a 12 minuet uber ride with lots of restaurants and pretty shops. We also visited Albufeira which is 45 minuet uber away with lots of bars! Faro is also worth a visit to see the streets, shops, markets and marina We have already discussed about returning! Well worth the stay

We loved our stay at Terwest and really didn’t want to leave. Everything is perfect, the Villa, the views, the facilities and Sao Bras. We are already booking for summer next year but next time for longer, wish it could be forever!

Olhos De Agua is situated at one end of the Falesia beach a beautiful 6km walk from Villamoura. The villa is very close to a supermarket, local beaches and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It's less than 10 mins into Albufeira too. The villa is very spacious, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and clean. Getting around is easy by bus or Uber. Carlos was very attentive, he allowed us in early and out late. We had one problen which he was unable to fix with the air con upstairs. If you are large group and want a spacious villa with your own pool and a pool table and table tennis this is a great option. There is a building site over the road, thet were bricking when we were there so it wasn't very noisy

Villa Verde looks exactly like the listing. It’s so peaceful there - we hardly left the place! The pool is bigger and deeper than it looks in the pics! Outdoor kitchen and shower are a great bonus. Perfect facilities for a family holiday, including really useful baby/toddler stuff.

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was the highlight with seating, sun beds, pool and bbq area. Bruno was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The location was a short uber/taxi from the main area (€5) which was no problem for us. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

This house has a gorgeous view of the sea! Perched high on the cliff and only a few feet from steps that leads directly to a first rate restaurant and direct access to the beach with shops, restaurants and bars. Each of the four bedrooms has a sea view and an ensuite bathroom! The outdoor areas are spacious, with quality furniture and pool loungers...and the pool is sparkling, clean and in great condition!! There is a Nespresso machine but be sure to bring your own pods if you are staying long.There are none at the local grocery store to buy. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. We rented the unit in late May during an annual fly hatching season. We had to deal with thousands of flies in the house when we arrived. We were given warning by the owner a few days before arrival. This is not something that can be controlled as it is a seasonable problem, but you should be aware of this if you plan to travel around that time

What a lovely villa in beautiful surroundings! I spent a week here with family and we had a great time. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy. The gardens and pool area is beautiful and peaceful and the house was immaculate. Carlos was very easy to work with and he was great at communicating and answering any questions that came up. Thank you Carlos for allowing us to stay in your little piece of heaven!

Wow what can I say, we had an amazing time. We were a group of 16 and it was a perfect venue. The house is huge, so much so that we got occasionally lost within it. Great dining and living areas including a games room in the basement. The bedrooms were great with each containing private bathrooms. The heated pool was great despite it being cold and rainy weather at times. The hosts were fantastic, friendly and very accommodating, always quick to reply to messages and were able to set us up with private caterers who cooked us an incredible barbeque for everyone, which was a great highlight of the trip.

Really nice accommandation. Even better than on the Photos. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the lovely Garden. Thanks for the nice holidays!

Mildred and Alex's house, and the surrounding grounds, is a true slice of paradise. It's a house that's been very well designed and is made to live in. Everything is spotless and better than the pictures. In the spring, the view of the flowers, hills and starry sky is very soothing. The house is close to everything. Meeting Mildred and Alex was a real pleasure. Their daughter Emay, also friendly and efficient, responds to requests and transmits information very quickly. Not to mention the dogs Lilly and Louis who are adorable. To date, this is one of our best Airbnb experiences! We hope to come back again again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Amada. Villa was beautiful and spacious,lovely gardens,heated pool in a peaceful setting. Within driving distance to Silves and all the lovely places in the Algarve. Would recomend hiring a car. Our host Nuno was very helpful and responded quikly to all our text via Whatsap.

We absolutely loved Sergio’s villa, it had everything we needed, with magnificent views across the valley. It was sooo peasant and pleasant. The kids loved the heated pool and the garden. We will be back!!!!

Great place, very well furnished, including basic groceries which makes a big difference, also looks exactly like the photos. The host is proactive, friendly and always available and responsive. Clean, tidy, spacious, peaceful . We had a lovely stay, hope to be back!

This place is fantastic. It is in a remote area; very peaceful and relaxing. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bedding and nice wine glasses. We enjoyed dinners at the great outdoor table every night. I only wish we were there for more time. Highly recommend!

A fab stay from start to finish. Rafael and Anna-Sophie were excellent hosts, very responsive and super flexible around our arrival time which was late in the evening. The apartment was very well-equipped and has been designed in a clever way to make the most of the space – it actually feels much bigger than it looks in the photos. The patio balcony with a BBQ was perfect for al-fresco dining, the gardens have been beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was perfect for a hot summers day. You can easily reach the towns of Boliqueime and Loulé by car and the coast is only a c. 20 min drive away. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

We stayed at Rich & Yan’s place on our family holiday with our 2 year old and it was just perfect for us. It was lovely to have a big patio area outside too within easy reach of the pool (which we used every day!). Everything had been thought of, from children’s books, welcome food and drink, highchair, travel cot etc to the supply of shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash in each bathroom. We loved the clean, homely feel of the place without it feeling too cluttered. The location was perfect for us, allowing us some peace and quiet when we needed but within a 10/15 minute drive of everywhere we needed to be including beautiful beaches and restaurants. The hosts Rich & Yan were very responsive and provided plenty of recommendations and detailed check-in instructions. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone with a young family!
