Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

The ground floor has 2 patios, an open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.

Please note that this is not a banal rental but a fabulous family property with plenty of character. We ask you to treat it with due respect as we put a lot of work and heart to it. This house is on a very big property with a huge garden spreading in front of it. It is a beautiful and colorful piece of art. The swimming pool is shared.
