The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

The apartment "Osterlinde" is on the first floor and about 38 square meters. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a shared sauna in the attic.
