Many thanks to Melanie. The apartment is very well-equipped, comfortable, warm and clean. I stayed there for work for just over a month, and had a lovely time! The small terrace at the back overlooking a wooded courtyard is a great plus!

We had a wonderful 3 months in this apartment. Everything was perfect! The situation: in the lower town but in 15 minutes we get to the upper town, close to buses, restaurants, shops for shopping. The neighborhood: quiet and nice neighborhood. The accommodation: very well equipped, pleasant and comfortable, small super nice balcony. In short, an ideal cocoon apartment for a stay in Quebec City.

The place is so nice, air conditioner works really well, the toilet, it was more than we expected, is close to the centre, it has many restaurant and many attractions close to the place. Good quality-price.
