Vacation rentals with a kayak in Quebec

The rental place is clean and well organized. Nina is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

The house has absolutely everything you’d need; phone chargers on each side of every bed and multiple in the living room/kitchen, abundance of linen, kids toys/books, all the streaming services, multiple Bluetooth speakers etc. you truly only need to bring your clothes. The house is exceptionally clean as well. If you’re looking to explore farther into Cape Breton Island (highlands national park for example) note that it is a bit of a drive. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home!

We had a perfect stay at Josee’s lovely cottage. She welcomed us personally and was very responsive. Her home is beautifully maintained and the property id gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying and it was just as good as the first! Nancy is so friendly and even offered us a late check out without our asking. The house has everything we need for a relaxing end of the school year getaway. We have an annual end of the school year trip and hopefully this will continue being our go to spot for years to come! The views, the layout, the space, the tranquility, the hot tub, 10/10!

This accommodation is as described, it is large, very clean, super comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is everything you need for a long stay. It's like a hotel… bathrobe and sandals for access to the spa. Fantastic! Luc and Sylvie were present and at the same time very discreet. The views are beautiful. A more than perfect stay. Thank you! Relevant information for guests with reduced mobility; there is no toilet on the ground floor.

Amazing stay, thanks to Jean-Martin for hosting our group. Beautiful house, very clean space, large spacious backyard with a ton of activities to enjoy right by the water. A high number of beds to support larger groups. The area was beautiful, ~30 min away from the nearest larger Cornwall. Slight consideration is that 2 of the 3 showers aren’t very clear on how to turn on from the shower head (have to pull down a compartment below the faucet head). Overall very much enjoyed our stay, host was very communicative, easy check in/out process, and had everything we needed to have a wonderful time

It's a beautiful place that brings into serenity, surrounded by nature and lots of privacy. The direct access to the water, fire pit, spa and rustic atmosphere in the house, make to feel detach from everything. The house has everything that is need it! Just bring food, a bottle of wine and yourself ! I'll definitely come back, again 😉

I had a fantastic stay at Jude's place! The property is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. There was also a great selection of water sports equipment available, which made it even more fun to enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal for anyone looking to be close to nature. A special thanks to our host, Jude, who was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to get away. Enjoyed relaxing days on the dock and kayaking the lake. Easy to get into town. The space itself is beautiful. Large windows but still a cottage charm. The hosts were incredibly responsive! Would happily stay here again.

Cassie and Dave were amazing hosts and their place was even better than the pictures. We loved the kayaks and the hot tub and the peacefulness and solitude of the lake. The cottage was stocked very well with lots of extra touches and snacks. They responded immediately to any questions we had and were super friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back!

This place is amazing. If you, just like me, are looking for a place where you can dive into the depths of your inner world and enjoy the harmony of nature, beauty, fresh air, peace, and quiet, then you need to visit the cottage in Saint Esprit. The owner, Liana, and her care and hospitality are at the highest level — tips, suggestions, and responses to requests are always timely and tactful. Feedback is fast and accurate. I give the highest rating and look forward to a new opportunity to return there again.

I hosted my bachelorette at this stay and it has to be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at as an Airbnb! Highly recommend! 10/10! It has so many options to enjoy the lake (kayaks, paddle boards, trampoline all available). We all loved the 3 bathrooms since there were 7 girls, and very well accommodated everyone! Overall, excellent & perfection!

This is a beautiful cottage. The lake access is the real highlight and the hosts have really leaned into this providing lots of opportunities for water recreation, including a good sized dock, multiple kinds of boats (kayaks, a canoe, a peddle boat, and paddle boards), and a large floaty that acts as a second dock. Speakers at the waters edge were a nice touch! The hosts were also great. Very responsive and friendly, and proactively reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The cottage itself isn’t huge if you plan to spend the majority of your time inside, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent the majority of our time by the water. It was big enough to fit 10 around the dining table for meals and games. All in all, it was a great experience.

It was a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Having a hot tub and fire pit by the water was great.

Such a magical place to stay! Literally right on the beach on Bra D’ors lake. They’re are four cabins side by side but the stay still felt private and secluded. They even have paddle boards and kayaks to use free of charge! The owners stay on site all summer so they were readily available if I needed anything. Definitely a must stay if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

My second time visiting Boldairpur, and just as wonderful as the first. The tiny homes are always spotlessly clean and are equipped with anything you’d need. Everyone is so welcoming, including Leeloo and the cats. The location is perfect and having access to a clean bathroom generously equipped with towels is a bonus. The highlight of our stay was being accompanied on an hour walk by the orange and tortoise shell kittens who are the best of friends and straight out of a story book. Thank you to all the residents and Josée for the friendly greeting. We’ll be back soon!

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

A perfect stay in an enchanting setting! The log cabin is beautiful, bathed in light thanks to abundant fenestration. The calm of the place, the indoor fireplace, the animals that roam freely around... everything was together for a total healing. We even scratched a little guitar by the fire — a magical moment. We leave our hearts light and filled with beautiful energy. Thanks for a great getaway!

We stayed at Le Shac for 4 nights, we were 4 adults and a 13-month old. We found it pretty comfortable for all of us. The place was baby friendly, with an easy to use barrier for the stairs and no dangerous furniture. Patricia even managed to find us a high chair to use! The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The area was great to explore, there is so much at a distance of a 15-20 minute car ride! We hope to come back soon :)

Bardo cabins was the perfect weekend getaway-peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming.
