A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

Villa 1 was great! Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The yard/pool was great. Directions were via coordinates but they were accurate and we had no issues. Close to local beaches but far enough from the commotion near the beach so that we had quiet. Appreciate the. recommendations! There are definitely tourist traps in the area so the recommendations were great. Would come back

Spacious villa with comfortable beds & bedding, good air con and large communal areas. Good location with small supermarket/shops within walking distance or Aldi 5min drive away. Restaurant options also nearby. Marina with lots of bars is a 45 minute walk away, with old town being 8-10 minute drive away. Lovely pool with comfortable loungers and enough shaded areas if needed! Although the pool made our swimwear and skin go green (we were told this was because of our sun cream, but have never had that happen previously and we all used different creams), so don’t wear pale swimwear and towels around the pool!! The villa could do with a much larger bin considering its occupancy size and also basic cleaning supplies (disinfectant spray or wipes & bin bags) would be useful. Have to buy all your own supplies including sponge to wash up and dishwasher tablets. Otherwise lovely stay and would definitely return again!! Thank you ☺️

Wat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa! We waren met 11 vriendinnen en iedereen had een fijn plekje in het huis. We hebben genoten van de ruimte, de mooie kamers, het heerlijke zwembad, de prachtige tuin en de fijne omgeving. Alles zag er schoon en goed onderhouden uit. Roger reageerde snel, dacht fijn mee met ons en gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel. Alle 11 dames zouden graag nog een keer terugkomen.

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

We all really enjoyed this beautiful villa. Linda was always on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations and the location is perfect with plenty to do within walking distance Went as a group of 6 adults and there was more than enough space for us all and each room had it's own facilities which made things really easy

Blue Hill Boutique and Antonio have been fantastic. The villa is first class and the photos are an exact likeness. It truly made for a luxury stay and we will absolutely book again. We are a family of 2 children, 2 adults and the villa is both private, peaceful and very secure. The layout of the villa is perfect with every bedroom opening up to the pool. Olhão harbour was a favourite for gelato when we could convince the children to have a break from the pool. Antonio’s hospitality is first class and nothing was too much trouble and appreciated, especially the welcome bottle of rose

Just back from a fantastic 8 day stay at the villa. Both the inside and outside is done to an immaculate standard and the location is perfect. 15 min walk to the marina and the nearest shop (Spar) is 5 minutes away. We also found an amazing indoor softplay next door to the Spar which our 4 year old loved! The communication with both the agency and owner was 5* and we were able to check in early on the day of arrival which was perfect. The only thing to note is that the sunbeds are singular non cushioned ones not the solid double loungers shown in the pictures. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. What a fantastic week! We stayed at Villa Luz 37 – Terrace, Jacuzzi & Swimming Pool in Albufeira from May 27th to June 3rd and what a wonderful experience it was! Communication with Guilherme was exceptional: fast, friendly, and always helpful. The villa exceeded our expectationsL: spacious, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the swimming pool, and the peaceful terrace. The hospitality, facilities, and service were outstanding. A well-deserved 9 out of 10 and honestly, it could have been even higher. Thank you, Guilherme, for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

We had a great stay at Casa Quadra Dique. The home is finished to a really high standard, in a very peaceful setting which was perfect for unwinding. The swimming pool was a real highlight as well as the picturesque sunrises. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, and gave us a list of recommendations for nearby restaurants etc. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Benagil. The house on a cliff overlooking the ocean was amazing and peaceful. We hiked to the beach and along the cliffs from the house and we took day trips by car to nearby towns. The house was large and pristine. Marco was very responsive and provided local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

Vielen Dank, dass wir Gas bei Ihnen sein durften! Das Haus, die Lage als auch die Einrichtung waren zweifelsfrei hervor. Absolut wundervoll und äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Cadre d’exception , maison de qualité avec des hôtes aux petits oignons ( expression française 😂 ! ) Nous avons la chance de ne pas avoir a partagé les installations car nous étions quasiment seuls sur les lieux : Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , piscine , Sauna 😍 La Villa est isolée du reste de la ville mais attention ⚠️ il y a 2 ou 3 lodges supplémentaires . En tout cas Mitchel et Selina sont réellement formidables, répondent rapidement aux questionnements du groupe, s’adaptent très rapidement également et sont souriants et pleins de petites attentions agréables : petit déjeuné à plusieurs reprises, bières de bienvenue etc … Merci encore à eux Et j’ai hâte de revenir dans quelques années pour voir les améliorations qui ont été apporté à ce petit coin de paradis 🥰

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The view out the front door was spectacular. And the pool was very private and peaceful.

Gorgeous villa, Everything was well thought out and there was everything you could have possibly needed . Stunning entrance and views huge pool, loads of seating areas. This place is not to be missed . 5 mins taxi to new or old town or marina, 30 mins to vilamoura. A very special place indeed

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

Olhos De Agua is situated at one end of the Falesia beach a beautiful 6km walk from Villamoura. The villa is very close to a supermarket, local beaches and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It's less than 10 mins into Albufeira too. The villa is very spacious, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and clean. Getting around is easy by bus or Uber. Carlos was very attentive, he allowed us in early and out late. We had one problen which he was unable to fix with the air con upstairs. If you are large group and want a spacious villa with your own pool and a pool table and table tennis this is a great option. There is a building site over the road, thet were bricking when we were there so it wasn't very noisy

We absolutely loved Sergio’s villa, it had everything we needed, with magnificent views across the valley. It was sooo peasant and pleasant. The kids loved the heated pool and the garden. We will be back!!!!

Joana was a fantastic host and the property was perfect. There’s a lovely coffee shop just down the road with extremely helpful staff. The property had everything you need and is abundantly spacious. Joana is so helpful with her recommendations. We had a 16month old with us and no question or request was too much. I especially loved the baby friendly features such as the cot (not a travel crib) and the highchair. You’re a short distance to supermarkets beaches and restaurants but far enough out to feel peaceful. We will be coming back!

Wonderful house, with lots of space for outdoors activities, close to Loule where there are there is lots of wonderful restaurants and culture. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend!

We loved our holiday in Val do Lobo. The villa was just what we wanted and just as you see in the pictures. Lovely architecture, comfortable, clean, beautiful views and so much nearby to do. It’s lovely to be able to hear and see the sea, and the lovely green fairway. We visited as a family of 4 (our children are 11 & 13) and would happily recommend it to other families or groups of golfers.

We’ve just returned from a week at this amazing villa. It’s perfect for a family break and we’ve already looked at booking it again next year. Our little girl loved the poole and there were plenty of floating toys left by previous guests as well as the ones we left ourselves. If you’re going shopping for food the supermarket continenta about 15 mins away is great whilst the nearby aldi has little choice and empty shelves. There is an Italian pizzeria at the bottom of the road which is very nice but a little bit expensive. The chopping boards are in the draw near the sink, it took us a few days to find them. This was our first villa holiday and I won’t go back to a package holiday after this. The hosts were helpful and polite throughout. There is a mention of a nearby building site and noise but you can barely hear them.
