Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L' alloggio può ospitare fino a 4 persone e dispone di un' ampia loggia coperta e di un patio esterno collegato al giardino di proprietà . Di fronte all' ingresso di casa è presente un comodo parcheggio gratuito.

Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.

The first floor has a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Orta and a vintage wooden balcony where you can spend cool summer evenings. Inside a large living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.

The Breakfast Club

A 1960s grandma's apartment in a two storeys condo in a rural area. There's nature but also bees, bugs, cats, foxes, dust.. if you have grass pollen allergy or not used to the countryside I won't recommend staying here. The furniture is old but there's a tiny office with Wi-Fi, a massage table and a lot of privacy.
