At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

L'alloggio è ubicato nel borgo dell'antica frazione di Montericco di Albinea, in prossimità del castello medioevale di Montericco, dal quale si domina la Pianura Padana.A soli 2km dal centro del paese e a soli 15 minuti dal centro città di ReggioEmilia.E' terra tetto, compl ristrutturato: composto dal primo piano , sala cucina e div letto, ingresso e al secondo piano bagno con doccia e camera matrimon. Dispone di uno spazio coperto per bici e moto.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Potrai fare colazione al sole del mattino mentre ti godi la vista sulle colline dalle grandi finestre. L'appartamento è un rifugio spazioso e tranquillo, immerso nelle colline ma a due minuti da supermercati, bar e ristoranti per non rinunciare a nessun comfort. A 5 minuti troverai uno splendido accesso al fiume per fare il bagno e grigliare nelle giornate più calde. Ci sono anche svariate possibilità di escursioni nelle vicinanze.

Casa del 1700 in sasso appena ristrutturata. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sull'intera valle. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura
