정말 후회없는 선택이였습니다 너무 친절하고 설명도 잘해주고 조식에 차량에 모든게 완벽했습니다 노후된 숙소 문제후기에 살짝 걱정했지만 걱정이 무색하게 저희는 너무 좋았습니다 부모님도 엄청 만족해 하셔서 행복한 가족여행이였네요~~~ 진짜 꼭 꼭 다시 빙문하고싶습니다^^

한국어로 소통이 가능해서 너무 좋았고 빠른 응대에 흐한번더 감동했습니다. 체크인시간보다 일찍도착했는데 짐 맡아주셔서 근처에서 편하게 식사를 할수 있었습니다. 수영장은 아이들과 놀기 적당한 크기이며 세탁기 건조기가 구비되어있어 옷을 세탁해서 있을수 있고 살짝 떨어진곳에 로컬 식당 카페들이 많이 있어요 걸어서 5분도 안걸리는거리 안쪽 골목이라 시끄럽지 않고 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 다낭에 방문한다면 이 빌라에서 다시 지내고 싶습니다. 밤에 산책삼아서 미케 비치까지 갈만했습니다. 우리 가족의 즐거운 다낭 여행을 당신의 빌라와 함께할수 있어서 너무 행복했습니다.

Highly recommend staying at the villa! The place is stunning, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is within walking distance of everything around the Old Town and night markets. Minh and Tam were also really friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations and offered to organise cars and transport for us when whenever we went out. They checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything and honestly, this is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend staying here!

Sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

The rooms were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was a life-saver! Great little pool and a nice outdoor eating space next to the closed kitchen. Close by to the beach, a nice restaurant right next door and a really well located spot. However, the 1st night we were there co-insided with a funeral and we did not sleep a wink as the music was so loud from 18h00 through to 05h30 the following morning. We almost moved out because of that but the host assured us the funeral was over (as sometimes they can go on for 3 days).. The first two hours was quaint and quite good fun, but past midnight it became a real problem, especially with a young child. Apparently, no such thing as noise pollution laws, so watch out for noisy funerals! Apart from that, the final two nights were very peaceful and we were well rested.

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

Quynh Trang not only had an amazingly beautiful immaculate clean house, she topped up with her amazing hospitality. In my so many years of AirB&B experience, she was hands down the best host we ever came across. Her attention to detail in the property and her proactively helping us stood out like no other. I usually don't leave a lot of reviews and at least don't write a lot in the reviews but in her case I'm making an exception because she was simply awesome as a host. Our family loved the place. I'll highly recommend this place.

10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

I highly recommend this place and I would stay again & probably for longer next time - Hosts were friendly and attentive - Food to order was lovely and convenient. The other services such as laundry & airport taxi were great and reasonably priced - Room was large, with AC, a lot of natural light and a stunning view of the rice fields - Location was peaceful but <10 minutes grab to the old town so the best of both worlds Worth noting that the common area is private and not shared, which was a welcomed bonus as I had to work from home. I also didn’t cook so unsure how well-equipped it is, but I have no doubt the family would supply what is needed!

에어비앤비로 예약해본 적이 없어서 좀 걱정했는데 괜히 걱정했달까.. 연락도 엄청 빨리 보셔서 소통도 잘됐고 숙소도 사진이라 똑같아요👍🏻 매일매일 청소도 해주시고 뷰도 바다뷰라 좋았어요 담에 다낭에 또 온다면 여기로 올 거 같아요🤍

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

This is my second time staying at Ian's Place and it's amazing as usual. The location is very convenient to go to both Anbang's Beach and also Hoi An Old Town. The space is spacious for two, clean honestly the price is such a steal. The host and her assistant are very responsive and well-communicated as usual.

Highly recommend to stay in Trinh studio apartment. It is very well located close to My Khe beach and you have everything you need in walking distance. The studio has all the basic needs for short or long stay. I actually would have extended for few more days but the place was already booked. Trinh is a fantastic host. Easy to communicate with and always very helpful and and friendly. She also helped me to rent a motorbike from her father and everything was so easy. Trinh father&mother are at the location and they are very sweet. They speak very little english but for any question or help needed from them Trinh will always help with translation …. just message Trinh in advance.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

숙소는 깨끗하고 한강 주변에 있어서 강뷰도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 중심지에 있어 어디를 가든 빠른 이동이 가능했습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 올때도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! We felt incredibly lucky to have found Nga’s apartment for our month-long stay in Hoi An. The location was ideal—close to everything—and we really enjoyed being part of a local Vietnamese neighborhood. The apartment had all the basic kitchen essentials, though we mostly chose to eat out. Having a washing machine right in the suite was a great bonus. One of our favorite parts of the day was sipping coffee on the patio while watching the neighborhood come to life in the mornings. Nga and her husband were wonderfully responsive and truly outstanding hosts. We’d happily stay here again without a second thought.

Zung Zung a été une hôte exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée, elle a largement dépassé nos attentes en mettant à disposition baignoire, chaise haute et jouets pour notre bébé — un vrai plus pour les familles ! L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et agréable à vivre, avec des boulangeries et des jeux pour enfants juste en bas de l’immeuble. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, et les promenades le long de la rivière, à deux pas, sont particulièrement agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Very modern room, slept well

Thao and Hai were amazing hosts and the place was really good. They helped us from the time we booked the place. From amending the reservations to helping us with trips to Ba Na hills and Hoi An and to suggesting the food options nearby; they were really helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend planning your itinerary with their help. Don’t miss the view from the apartment! Highly recommend for long stays.
