On the 3rd floor, there are small cozy rooms. Bathroom and toilet downstairs and upstairs. Take advantage of the pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. Parking right in front of the apartment entrance on a fenced property. Great restaurant 700 m from the house or the largest water park in the Czech Republic Aquapalace Prague 7 km from the house. Also, about 5 km away, Průhonický Park is definitely worth a visit.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building with a total of three floors. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.

Treehouse

Visit a small hut in the middle of the forest in complete privacy, which deserves a second chance. Like most things inside the cottage, which are reused items saved from being thrown away. The interior is inspired by the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first settlements were established, just a few minutes from Prague. The place is ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature at every step - at breakfast or cooking, at bath or even at bedtime.

It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.
