The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The stylishly furnished apartment has a private car parking space and a cozy terrace that invites you to linger and relax. The nearest shopping facility is 5 minutes away by car in Reifnitz. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Lake Wörthersee is accessible all year round, in summer the beach bathing entrance is included. Only accessible by stairs.
