On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

We have installed an 80 cm TV with a PS3 (DVD/Blu-ray) and Wi-Fi for internet addicts. A parking space in the underground garage and a large ski storage room are reserved for you. Finally you will enjoy the large balcony with views of the lake and the estate!
