Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

In winter, the cross-country and downhill ski resorts of Superbesse are 15 minutes away or Mont-Dore is 30 minutes away. Shops in the center of the village, 5 min walk.

After a year of closure related to the duration of the renovation work, Chalet Chiloza is once again open for rent. Traditional southwest-facing chalet with an area of 210 m2 with a 40 m2 balcony terrace. Beautiful views of Lake Hermines, Super Besse ski resort and the Cantal mountains. Ideally located close to the heart of the resort and the start of the slopes, shuttles every 10 minutes in winter season, 100 m from the chalet to the slopes. The Chalet des Clarines is a 5-minute walk to the village of Saint Genès Champespe, 1000 m above sea level. It is close to Besse and Super Besse. In a very cozy atmosphere, the Chalet des Clarines welcomes you in a green setting, with a view from the south-facing terrace of the Monts du Cantal, and a view at the back of the Massif du Sancy. My accommodation welcomes couples and families with children.
