You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night night. Forgot charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Quickly cycle to the bakery? – No problem.

I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.

The in-law has its own entrance. There is a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The bed is 140 cm wide and therefore suitable for one or two people. By car, it's only about 20 minutes to the Riem trade fair, so the accommodation is perfect for trade fair visitors, for example. By S-Bahn train, you are also quickly in Munich in the city center.
