Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Gueststay Emma is nice, quiet, and centrally located near Rotterdam, next to the train station. A beautiful guest house with garden views all around. Private entrance, kitchenette with microwave, oven, coffee (dolce gusto) and tea facilities, large fridge/freezer. Nice shower, large double bed 160x200 cm. The sofa is lovely to relax on. Large desk and a nice dining area. The garden in front of the French doors is suitable for sitting in the sun. The guesthouse is privately owned.

Fleur is a wonderful host and person. It was a pleasure staying at her cabin studio apartment. The place is super clean and the fresh farm eggs were a treat everyday. She is very prompt in communication and a super helpful host. She also accommodated for an early check in as I had just arrived from an international flight. I stayed about 5 nights and it was lovely. Thanks for hosting me.

The structure, the functionalities and the location of the apartment was very convenient for our vacation and made everything easier and more comfortable. A beautiful place. And immediately the pheasant with chicks in the garden. Beautiful skies seen from under the covered porch. Hares and herons. Cuckoo and owls. Slept well on the cozy upper floor. Beautifully styled with an eye for detail. Those stairs, wow.

Kamil and his wife were great and friendly hosts! The place is in a residential area which is very quiet, no sounds of traffic or other noise. The amenities listed were available and Kamil was helpful with using the washing machine. It was also very clean, with many small details present that add a nice touch to my stay. The location is about 30mins from Rotterdam Centraal station by bus, and there is also a tram that takes you to other places. I definitely recommend his place to others and would love to stay again in future!

I loved staying in Usch's craftshop! I felt so cozy and right at home, and the location was beautiful. I loved the giant windows and the garden view right next to the bed. She was very kind, responsive and understanding with a late check-out. I would happily stay here again!

We had a great week with Frank, two of us with a dog. The house is great and everything is in impeccable condition. Everything was nice and clean and everything you need is there. The area is super quiet. You can take great walks directly from the garden. Frank always responded immediately to questions and answered everything super nicely. We lacked nothing!
