Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Putgarten

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open kitchen/living room also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to have nice dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, this will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

The apartment is well furnished and is located right on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were in the dune house for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much this time. The hosts are extremely friendly and eager, very quick in communication and proactive when there is a problem (we had no hot water in the bathroom for two days and we were proactively offered a price reduction). Great location, great view and when the construction site behind the house is completed, the perfect accommodation in Binz.

We felt completely comfortable. The place and the whole yard are beautiful and cozy. We had a lot of space for ourselves and enjoyed the weekend very much. The contact in advance was pleasant and on site we were very kindly received. The hosts are always available and were always up for a chat, but also not intrusive at all. Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. Our son from Singapore was visiting. Coming from Hamburg, we only had a 1-bedroom apartment. So we booked the apartment for him from Anneliese. He only slept there. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The briefing by the caretaker was extremely friendly. Our son was very enthusiastic about Sellin and Rügen anyway. Unfortunately, the time was too short. Thank you, Anneliese, for the uncomplicated booking and information in advance.

Was nice with a small courtyard. A lot can be reached on foot. They even provided 2 bowls for my dog. This was very attentive.

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The place was beautiful, very nicely furnished inside, offers plenty of space inside and outside for groups of 6 people and also a beautiful garden. Inken has good taste in furnishing and the place is really well equipped. The kitchen was versatile and outside everything from grill to loungers is also available. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant! Overall, a great relaxing vacation!!

The house is very nicely decorated and the garden offers everything to really enjoy yourself with the sauna, the hot tub and the barbecue house. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in terms of cooking utensils and there were enough dishes for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

We truly enjoyed our week at Lars’ place and would definitely recommend it to everyone, who want a peaceful time out riding their bike through the beautiful countryside side of Denmark, exploring local shops and restaurants. You’ll definitely feel right at home at the cozy cottage ☀️ We will definitely be back!

The vacation at Uwe's was as relaxing as we planned. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The place is as described. Beware of steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for beautiful walks.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Tom's house. It is exactly as described in the pictures and a really great house away from the hustle and bustle. Great view of the garden and the hot tub a real highlight. We felt super comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
