My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Beautiful elegant apartment, with 2 floors, on the 1st: living room and fitted kitchen, on the 2nd: master suite with dressing room and adjoining shower room. Independent accommodation located on a plot that includes our main house. A garden is at your disposal: terrace and outdoor lounge. On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Small independent house, it has the charm of the past with all the comforts of today, ideally located between the Place des Vosges and the Île Saint Louis. Come and spend a few days in this small, cozy, very bright "studio" house completely separate from our main home. Small self-contained outbuilding with kitchenette, bathroom, private toilet and garden. 10 minutes from the train station that takes you to Paris in 12 minutes. 25 minutes from La Défense business center and 30 minutes from the U Arena concert hall. Quiet area, close to local shops: bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket and market.
