The house is very good. It's very artistic. There's even a piano to play. The yard is also very quiet The upstairs bathroom is very big. Gary is also very welcoming and helped us in a timely manner.

She's a very bright person. Kah Li is my savior too cuz my sister left her wallet after checking out from the homestay and she messaged me to collect the wallet b4 flying back. A very short stay yet definitely felt like our home. Very spacious, can fit a big group. Accessible toilet/bathrooms & bedrooms for people with disabilities. I really love how it has two separate kitchens (dry & wet). Plus, the host is very friendly and helpful, always so attentive and fast respond 😁 Thank you ms Iris 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay, its our 1st time try out the Loft E area, when we arrived at night for check in, Mr Eee was there to warmly greet us, told us where to park our car, very clear instruction, smiley face, very cheerful. Then he walked with us going to the apartment, providing clearer instruction along the way. When we arrived inside the apartment, the place was ready, very clean and minimal furniture which im so thankful. provides all the basic amenities, got easy to use washing machine with liquid detergents, bath towels were quite a few. Mr Eee is also very responsive, when I texted him, he always fast in responding back. overall, i definitely recommend this apartment to those with kids, my kids love the place, and their mattress are the most comfortable among other apartment i have tried, give it a try you won't regret it, I will definitely come back and book this place again and most importantly the apartment area is very peaceful and quiet

It is within 3 minutes on foot from the accommodation near Jesselton Point. There are a variety of amenities on the first floor, so you can enjoy it comfortably even if you don't go to a lot of tourists.

Amazing host! The place was accessible and near to all the places I wanted to visit. Since it was right next to Itcc anything that I needed was just a walk away. The host was responsive, very flexible with check in and offered help whenever I needed it. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Clean and quiet unit, nice view from balcony. The big pool is closed for maintenance during our visit and only kiddy pool available. Convenient to get food water and groceries. Parking provided easy to find and near to lift.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Kota Kinabalu! The unit was clean, cozy, and came with a stunning sea view. The building also has a great swimming pool, and there’s a laundry facility conveniently located downstairs. It’s situated in a lively area with plenty of eateries and activities just a short walk away,perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. That said, the area can get quite congested, especially if you’re renting a car like we did. Be prepared for some traffic and note that parking isn’t free-it’s charged separately, with a max of RM15 per day. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable and the location was excellent for exploring KK. Would definitely recommend for both short and longer stays!

The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable. Just note that it can be noisy at night because of busking downstairs, which goes on until around midnight.

overall, i am satisfied with everything..responsive host, clean house, great location, clear instructions from the host. highly recommend..i like how i was greeted by the view as soon as i walk inside the house.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was excellent, very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had a question. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as described, with all the basic amenities I needed. It’s clear the host puts care into maintaining a welcoming and comfortable space. The location is also a major plus, close to shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was also very accommodating when we asked to store our luggage after checkout. Overall, a great experience, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay.

nice apartment for stay in KK. all necessities available for comfortable stay. walking distance to great restaurants and really comfortable beds :) flat is well maintained however the block could do with some renovations. would happily stay again.
