The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Our guest room, which started in 2023, is waiting for you to visit the peaceful Valko village in Loviisa. Apartment suitable for two people with its own entrance. The stylish kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have just been renovated. You can park your car right next to the guest room. Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For cyclists, we offer bike washing and maintenance.

Peace in a cottage in the middle of nature near Porvoo and the archipelago, on the edge of the forest, 15 km from Porvoo and 30 km from Loviisa. Perfect for two, (140 wide bed), but can accommodate four (2 sofa beds) if needed. Private yard, two terraces, wood-burning sauna, barbecue area and fully equipped kitchen. Great choice for a vacation or business trip. Note! The nearest shop or restaurant is not just around the corner, so bring snacks and delicacies – here you can enjoy in peace.

Be Our Guest You have a small renovated studio apartment with a cozy living area, beds (sized 120x200cm + 90x180cm), a small kitchenette and new toilet and shower facilities. You can wander to the nature from the backyard and the area has several natural highlights to visit e.g. the natural park of Valkmusa. Walking distance to the lake and short distance to sea. You reach us easily by motorway, 15min to Kotka, less than 1h from KymiRing or Vaalimaa border, 1h 15min from Helsinki airport.

Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Comfortably furnished spacious two-room in a quiet and natural area. The beach is nearby, and outdoor/skiing trails start right next door. The distance to the center of Kotka is about 9 km/12 min. Jumalniemi shopping center is 2 km/5 min away. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view from the apartment windows opens towards the parking spaces and the park. Free parking either on the street in summer or in the backyard of the house in winter.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

This particular location is in the city center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the old harbor. Just a stone's throw away are the Satama Arena, Vellamo and the new Xamk campus. The market and the Pasaati shopping center are about 400 m away. This tiny Citypesä is conveniently accessible by car and train, and thanks to its own entrance and code lock, you can check in flexibly according to your own schedule.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 10th until October 19th in 2025.
