El Durancho is a unique home convenient & close to everything in Durango. 3 min. drive to downtown, or hit the river trail steps away from the front door. Located in a commercial area. Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun!
