Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

This in-town farmhouse-themed condo has 1 bedroom with a King bed, and a loft bedroom with queen bunk beds. After receiving guest feedback, the King Size bed has recently been replaced! The Ferringway condo complex is close to downtown and all of the Durango area amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool shared by the complex. This is a second story unit (no overhead noise). The wood-fireplace is cozy for fall and winter.
