Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Durango where you can enjoy shopping, recreation and an abundance of local restaurants. However, you may find it hard to leave this cozy oasis. ***Please note: the main house on the 3 acre property is currently under construction with an addition. Amy's Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
