We didn’t stay long enough to really appreciate the lovely little apartment for what it was, but for the night we stayed it was very homely. Barbara was a superb host and checked us in with flexibility. The house was very clean and had inviting decor. The small kitchen equipped with welcoming biscuits, milk and coffee whilst the rest of the apartment was more than enough space for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the child themed bedroom and took great joy in rummaging through the selection of toys and books. Great nights stay and extra thanks to Barbara for tending to our extra needs! Would recommend to any small family’s looking for a hub in the Poole area.

Howard's place is spot on .Nice touch with the bottle of prosecco and Victorian lemonade. Would recommend to anyone. We will be going back at some point ,10/10

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Great location, lots of lovely little touches which really made me feel welcome. Loved the monkey curtain holder in the bedroom! I’d definitely use again.

Craig's place was just as lovely as the images. Craig was proactive and accommodating too. All in all, I would rate it a 5-star experience and would come back again! One thing that stood out for me was that the supplies Craig had were what you would actually use at your own home. It's the small things that I tend to carry but did not need to bring - like my own handwash or toilet roll. Everything Craig stocked, was good quality. He even had 2 working fans in both the rooms. Loved the experience inside the house. The place was a walking distance from the beach, yet, close to the high street (but secluded enough). So, loved the experience outside the house too. I visited with my husband and elderly parents, so the staircase and the single beds were a little inconvenient for us, but honestly, the place is lovely for a young family.

Our son and partner stayed, they loved it. A delightful flat, so fresh and clean. Lovely views and such interesting artefacts dotted around. Very peaceful too. Mt husband and I are hoping to stay later in the year. Highly recommend it.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the spacious house, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Easily walkable to the centre of Swanage

David is a fantastic host. He always responded to my requests with explicit and honest information. We shall use the house again in future which I think is testimony to the time we had and location which we loved. Thanks once again.

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

Within easy walking distance of everything in Poole. Very clean. Welcome pack was very welcome after a long drive and the pastries went down very well. An excellent base for visiting Poole and we would happily book again. Thanks Sue and David.

We had a lovely two-night stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy. The location was convenient for what we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Would happily stay again!

Greta was a fabulous host. Communicated very well with succinct instructions. The apartment was exactly as described comfortable and stylish .The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. The locality was great with lovely restaurants, cafes and the beach a short walk away . I can not too highly recommend Greta and the apartment we had a great stay and if we are back this way again will certainly be booking this apartment. I had a great stay in Rebecca’s flat. It’s clean and tidy and well stocked with all you could need for short and longer stays and with some lovely, complimentary goodies. The flat has its own dedicated parking space and the location offers easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and is within good access to the beach. Rebecca was flexible in amending my stay duration which I appreciated, thank you.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

We had a fantastic stay at this superb apartment. Every thoughtful detail provided, very useful information, and it was so clean, bright and homely. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful and very spacious apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and worked well. Claire's communication was great - quick, clear and understanding. We love the West Cliff area of Bournemouth and highly recommend for families. The only downside was that it being on the second floor of a tall, old property - there were lots of steps up and down!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and in such an amazing location. Our kids loved being able to walk to the beach and playground, and we loved having a great coffee shop 30 seconds away. The living room was great for a slump on the sofa after a busy day. Parking at the pub worked well. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location! Amazing seaside views, really enjoyed watching the waves and people watching from the comfort of the sofa/bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and lovely touch of bread, milk, jam and biscuits for breakfast the next day. The sofa bed was really comfy for our two children, and plenty of space for our family of four. Super clear instructions to enter, and the parking permit was a huge plus! Really enjoyed our stay!

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!
