The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.

Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.
