Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Santiago

Beautiful airbnb with parking. Plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures / description. A big plus were the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and my favorite bakery. The host sent several recommendations of things to do / places to eat. Would definitely come back to this airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

If you’re looking for a magical place to stay and de-compress look no further. A sanctuary of peace, nature and the combination of the amenities will have doble thinking about the check-out. This a Casita I WOULD 100% recommend and return to. Thank you to Edgardo for being an excellent host and sharing such a special place.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful with an amazing view. My boys loved spending time in the pool. I especially enjoyed listening to the animal sounds at night— it was so peaceful. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Our stay in Cubuy at Samuel’s place was truly magical. The space was clean, peaceful, and immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. We especially loved falling asleep to the calming sound of the coquí at night—it was like nature’s lullaby. Exploring the surrounding farm and rainforest was a highlight of our trip, and the friendly resident cat added an extra touch of warmth with its sweet snuggles. One of my unexpected favorite parts was the simple pleasure of hang-drying our clothes in the fresh mountain air—the scent was amazing and really brought me into the rhythm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, which made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and grounded in nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path retreat.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Luis Alberto and Jessica’s place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. If you’re looking for a secluded escape, this is the perfect spot — tucked away in nature with a stunning view that took our breath away every day. The setting was serene and quiet, ideal for unwinding and disconnecting. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a bit of tranquility.

Angel was an amazing host from start to finish! He was extremely attentive friendly and responsive. The location is well maintained and was perfect for us! Already referred his house to a few family and friends! We had such an amazing time, we can’t wait to go back already! Phenomenal host highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. Everything we wanted in a perfect location! My husband and I picked Berneice’s place for our honeymoon and first time in Puerto Rico. The instructions to get inside were detailed and included photos with descriptions. Checking out was quick; we just needed to take trash and return the keys. Berneice was such a proactive host and checked in with us even though we didn’t need a thing! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc made our stay easy and convenient. I would suggest checking out the host’s guidebook for recommendations!

A very nice condo right across from the beach. The golf course in back was excellent entertainment. This villa has been updated with all the modern convenience’s. The pool is nearby. Restaurants are not far away. Josmarie is a great host.

Javier’s place was a 10/10! This is my 4th time I’ve been to San Juan in the past three months and this place beat every other place I have stayed at in my previous trips. The place looks exactly like the pictures listed. The place was clean. The location was great since La Placita is there as soon as you step out of the building. Like almost review mentions it does get a little loud during the evening but the window block it out and most of the time it’s an enjoyable vibe. The wrap around balcony is great and the views are amazing. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere near La Placita, where everything is close by, and Ubers are very inexpensive.

Un lugar tranquilo donde pude disfrutar con mi famila. El apartamento bien cómodo con todo lo que uno necesita y más. La seguridad del lugar y su personal es excelente y muy amables. Nunca tuve problemas de comunicación con los anfitriones y el lugar nos encantó. Se pasa muy bien en la terraza de arriba siempre y cuando con mucha discreción ya que el lugar es bien silencioso. En fin, muy recomendado.

Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
