House vacation rentals in Punta Santiago

It was our first time in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and everyone loved and enjoyed the place from the pool to the barbecue grill. Only five minutes until the nearest shops and restaurants/bars. We will be back and hopefully enjoy the same location, ty Jessica for sharing your home

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

If you’re looking for a magical place to stay and de-compress look no further. A sanctuary of peace, nature and the combination of the amenities will have doble thinking about the check-out. This a Casita I WOULD 100% recommend and return to. Thank you to Edgardo for being an excellent host and sharing such a special place.

We stayed for a week and this has been the most wonderful and amazing Airbnb we have ever booked! The local beaches and “kiosks” were amazing. Our kids enjoyed everything about our vacation. Renald’s place came equipped with life jackets, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and chairs. The home overall was clean and everything was as described. We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Zulmarie’s home was extremely comfortable! We felt extremely safe! She always responded right away! The house was beautiful! We had an amazing time!

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Excelente casa de playa, ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia Hospedarme en la casa de Vanessa fue una experiencia maravillosa. Es una excelente casa de playa, donde tanto tú como tus niños pueden pasarla increíble. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien cuidado, y con una energía muy acogedora que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es perfecta: la playa está a tan solo 2 a 3 minutos caminando, y todo lo que necesitas está muy cerca. Es un lugar tranquilo, hermoso y lleno de paz. La casa era cómoda , bien equipado y con un estilo encantador que realmente te invita a relajarte. Vanessa fue una anfitriona excepcional. Muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a responder cualquier duda rápidamente. Se notaba su dedicación para que todo estuviera perfecto. Sinceramente, no me quería ir. Me encantó todo: la casa, el entorno, la atención… Le doy un 10 de 10 y definitivamente espero volver pronto a hospedarme en ese hermoso hogar. 💯

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. Great location! Walk to beach and trails.

They were quick with the response with any questions we had, the place was really nice it was quiet and exactly how it seemed in the pictures. It’s further away from most of the activities we had planned but it’s highly recommended when you’re looking for a quiet place and nice place that feels like home.

Our stay at Maribel’s home was overall wonderful! I’m giving 5 stars because the power outage was completely out of her control — the power went out the day we arrived and stayed out for two days. Even growing up in Puerto Rico, the heat without electricity was tough to manage. With the ongoing issues with LUMA, I recommend all Airbnbs in the area consider backup options like solar panels or generators. I purchased lanterns to safely walk around at night, and Maribel quickly refunded me as I left them behind for future guests. The home was thoughtfully stocked with basic essentials like Q-Tips, towels, and more, plus a welcome kit. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and other supplies perfect for trips to the beach, river, or even just relaxing at the house. Despite the power outage, Maribel’s hospitality, quick communication, and attention to detail made a big difference. I would definitely stay again — hopefully with backup power next time! #PalCarajoLUMA

We had a great stay at this property! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. A couple of small suggestions for an even better experience: adding blackout curtains to the bedrooms would really help with sleeping in, and upgrading the mattresses to something a bit more supportive would make a big difference in comfort. Overall, a wonderful stay—would definitely recommend!

Wow - Beautiful view, a private get away, the house was very clean, the host left helpful instructions for the area, WiFi, a pool… Zero complaints!

Felt right at home during our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, but more breathtaking in person. The host went above and beyond with recommendations and made us feel at home. Always attentive to our needs. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful time with an incredible view. Also there are mango and star fruit trees. Both delicious. Can’t say enough good things about our stay and our host.

Our only regret was not staying longer! Needed a place to rest & shower after enjoying the beach before our overnight flight. Roy accommodated last min. w/ no hesitation. The apts decor & cleanlines were excellent. Everything we needed was there just bring your clothes, food & spices if you plan on cooking. Pull in parking was a breeze. It had stovetop, microwave, fridge, utensils,dishes, pots, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels,toilet paper, paper towels, comfy bed & pillows, two ice cold ACs in both bedroom & living rm, dark-out shades in entire place, all the tv apps you'll need for downtime. We napped at 3p & felt like it was night time in the room. 8 min drive to SJU airport & close to everything. Don't forget to check out Hobie's beach. 10/10! As particular as I am, he did a great job w/ all the thoughtful comforts of home away from home!

Casa Serena definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely without a doubt a 5 star property with a 5 star host. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Puerto Rico’s countryside away from the city and the noise. Johanna was an excellent host. She was lightning fast to respond, friendly, accommodating, and patient. She made us feel right at home. By far one of my favorite stays to date!

This is the nicest airbnb we ever stayed in. The view is the most extraordinarily part. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves and listening to the wildlife. The pool is not huge but definitely big enough for a family, and amazing with the infinity edge and view. The beach is a 15min drive away. There was lots of seaweed when we went, but that may change from day to day. The town was also close and had everything we needed. In the town and the house we always felt very safe. We were impressed with how clean and organized everything was. There are multiple suitcase stands and lots of shelves in the primary that are very convenient. They have all the typical needs- towels, washer/dryer, dishes...ect. Even nice touches like bench to sit putting on shoes, hook to put keys on, remote for gate, throw blankets for the couches and extra blankets for beds. The beds are actually comfortable. The air conditioning does a great job. We were never hot. The showers are very clean.

This was truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Puerto Rico! The house is very modern, spotlessly clean, and located in a safe, convenient area—close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredible—friendly, responsive, and even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. Communication throughout was seamless. The entire space is well kept, thoughtfully designed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!
