We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

This stay was everything we expected and as advertised. Rosa was lovely and very responsive and thorough. Willing to help in anyway needed. Just an awesome stay

Always clean and ready for guests

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay! Paul and Carmen were incredibly responsive and accommodating — even allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. They gave great recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the easy access made it perfect for relaxing and exploring. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

Meylin is a great host, very easy to communicate. The property has en excellent location, ocean front, in a great area. Well maintained and clean. Would go back without hesitation.

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

SPANISH: La estadía con Marc y Francés fue excelente. Aunque no estaban en persona para recibirnos sentí como si hubieran estado ahí. Escogí este lugar a última hora y fue una de las mejores experiencias. El lugar es hermoso, acogedor. Cerca de una hermosa playa que no solo fuimos de día sino también de noche. Un lugar seguro y privado. La comunicación excelente y el servicio al 100%. ENGLISH: The stay with Marc and Francés was excellent. Although they were not in person to receive us, I felt as if they had been there. I chose this place at the last minute and it was one of the best experiences. The place is beautiful, cozy. Near a beautiful beach that we went not only during the day but also at night. A safe and private place. Excellent communication and 100% service. CHINESE: 和Marc和Francés在一起的時光很棒。 雖然他們沒有親自來接待我們，但我覺得他們好像在那裡。 我在最後一刻選擇了這個地方，這是最好的經歷之一。 這個地方很漂亮，很舒適。 靠近一個美麗的海灘，我們不僅白天去了，晚上也去了。 一個安全私密的地方。 優秀的溝通和100%的服務。

Great spot to stay in!! It was very close to the beach which we loved! The place was easy to find and access! Pictures matches description of the Airbnb The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful. The Airbnb is also close to a 24hour grocery store which is super convenient to get snacks and drinks for the stay! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico

My boyfriend and I spent 4 days here & had a wonderful time ! The instructions for check in, access and check out that Yolanda provided were very detailed and clear. I loved having the window cracked and hearing the ocean waves from the airbnb. I also felt safe walking 5 mins down the street to the market. They also provided some bare necessities in the kitchen which was nice for when we cooked a small meal. The location was great for everything we did and the spot on the beach located behind the bnb was perfect. The parking is tight but this is noted in advance! The building felt very safe and we’d love to be back in the future As soon as I messaged Yolanda she responded VERY fast! The area is also extremely popular for Ubers so i’d recommend being downstairs and on the sidewalk when ordering, as drivers were up front within 20 seconds

Mayra’s home was STUNNING. I could not believe my eyes upon entering. The pictures don’t do enough justice! I will stay here every time I’m in Puerto Rico. Mayra was helpful and responsive! 10/10!
